Class Dinner with 1961

by Dick Deyo
In total, both classes had a very good turnout of close to 60 people, including wives, guests, etc.

For 1960 we had 23 persons including 10 classmates. There was good representation of the Sachs group, including 3 former scholars, our current scholar Dan-el Padilla-Peralta, Bill Sachs ’66, and Joan Sachs Shaw. We were also joined by two of our honorary class members, Charles Gillispie and Don Betterton. Classmates attending were: Deyo, Cartier, Maloney, Durkin, Becton, Rousseau, Detjens, Hirschy, Seabring, and Fuller.

Cookie Krongard ’61 gave a most informative discourse on his worldwide role and function as the IG of the State Department. This was followed by a lively and candid Q&A session.
